Spring Valley Township
Spring Valley aims to create a specific venue where Innovation and Technology is cultivated and nurtured in terms of talent development and intellectual property creation. A venue similar to Silicon Valley in the United States is currently not present in the country. Therefore, projects and initiatives that support the country’s ambition to cement its reputation in the global software development, technology and innovation environment through intellectual property creation is difficult to achieve.
The Tech4Good Building is a single-story building with a total floor area of 1,892.82sqm and a total leasable area of 1,577.47sqm. This building serves as the Spring Valley HQ.
The total floor area of the Polaris Building is 4,901.56sqm with a total leasable area of 1,137.73sqm. Each floor has a different function with the ground floor being open for our Technology partners as Offices, Retail Spaces, and Data Centers. This will also house the Spring Valley Advanced Research and Knowledge Center which would be the birthplace of emerging technologies. The Second Floor will serve as a Living Facility/Hotel that will cater to our clients, while the Third Floor will serve as an Events Area with multiple function rooms.
SPRING VALLEY ACADEMY
The Spring Valley Academy is a 3-story building with 20 classrooms, 3 computer laboratories, and 2 co-working spaces with a total floor area of 6,283sqm. What makes the Academy different is that it is a focused Learning Institution that caters to specialized I.T. tracks such as Cloud and Virtualization, Cybersecurity, Cyber Forensics, Operating Systems, Mobile and Internet Technologies, I.T. Analytics and Machine Learning, Internet of Things, Games and Multimedia, Robotic Process Automation and Multimedia Information Design.

The House of Geeks is a 3-story condominium building with a total floor area of 14,400sqm with complete amenities and facilities for comfortable living. From game rooms to gyms, cafes, and more, Spring Valley aims to provide the best possible lifestyle in the Township because here at Spring Valley, we care about you.
The Utilidor is the Spring Valley Township Utilities Building with a total floor area of 1,000sqm. We want to maintain the beauty and excellence of the township, and we can’t do that without a working utilities facility. This building will have a Sewage Treatment Plant, Generator Room, Township Clinic, and Security Office.
In our goal to have a sustainable Township, Spring Valley will have its very own Aquaponic Smart Farms having a total floor area of 444.80 sqm. The Homestead will be our source of organic agriculture using the latest technologies with some, if not most, created in Spring Valley. As agriculture plays an important aspect in the Township, the Homestead will be weather-proof and will have alternative power to make sure that the supply is constant and shall remain uninterrupted.
